Bay Adventures was founded by Dr Api, a tourism resilience academic and sustainable development researcher and advocate turned practitioner. With a passion for adventure and the sustainable development of his home province of Caáudrove, Api has taken a break from academia to set up a regenerative tourism model that can operationalize tourism resilience for indigenous communities in Fiji . He and his team are dedicated to providing visitors with the opportunity to experience the breathtaking natural wonders of Taveuni Island while promoting conservation, sustainability and resilience.
